Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, and payments, making policy changes and endorsements that don't require a license, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Takes general incoming calls and places outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Processes and replies to Customer Service emails as part of daily duties, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries
- Takes payments for policies and ensures accurate processing and recording of payments
- Makes changes and endorsements to policies that do not require a license, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Must obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems and other software applications
Education & Experience:
* 2 years of Customer Service experience and/or 1 year of Call Center experience
- High School/GED
