Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Proven experience creating, applying, and verifying credit memos on purchase orders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders with accuracy and efficiency, including creating and applying credit memos as needed
- Verify credit memos on purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry
