Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful solutions that meet their needs.
- Qualifying Customers and Scheduling Service Work: Identify the reason for the customer's call, qualify the customer, collect relevant information, and schedule service work appointments.
- Making Daily Outbound Calls: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, schedule maintenance, and upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Using Best Practices in Customer Service: Develop rapport and build relationships with customers using active listening techniques, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Documenting Customer Interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and in-person conversations.
- Assigning and Dispatching Technicians: Coordinate with our technical team to assign and dispatch technicians to customers' locations.
- Email Communications: Respond to customer emails and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Rotating On-Call Duties: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure 24/7 customer support.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- Previous Experience in a Call Center or Similar Role: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Excellent Phone and Verbal Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and technical teams.
- Understanding of Active Listening Techniques: The ability to listen attentively to customers, understand their needs, and respond accordingly.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Programs: Experience with CRM programs, such as Service Titan, is a plus, but we will provide training for the right candidate.
