Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our production operations team by:

• Reviewing and tracking production data from the field, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Inputting and managing data related to production, including well files and records
• Assisting with monthly data settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Organizing and maintaining accurate records, including well files and invoices
• Processing and managing invoices from field operations, ensuring prompt payment and reconciliation

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in data entry and Excel skills. The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or a technical discipline)
• Strong Excel skills, with experience in data entry, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
