Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and recommending products to meet their requirements
• Learning about products and services using our tools and resources, and providing information to customers to drive sales
• Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department, and knowing how to handle basics in adjacent departments
• Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
• Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
• Participating in sales performance and customer satisfaction initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or sales environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance
