Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement web and cloud applications that meet the evolving needs of our business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality code that is scalable, secure, and efficient
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that code meets arenaflex's coding standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve arenaflex's IT capabilities
- Lead or participate in projects that involve the development of new features or the enhancement of existing ones
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that IT solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with arenaflex's overall strategy
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals
- Participate in the development of arenaflex's technical roadmap and provide input on future technology investments
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in cloud computing, microservices architecture, and web development
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OpenShift (Kubernetes) and AWS
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with web application frameworks such as Springboot and AngularJS
- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of software development principles, including Agile and DevOps
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitLab
- Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
