Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Technology Enablement function, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative financial planning and analysis solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, develop and execute project plans, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs

• Work closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation
• Develop and execute project plans to drive business outcomes, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and the application development team to facilitate change and ensure successful implementation of new solutions
• Perform and support ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and project work on a case-by-case basis
• Continuously improve existing processes and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and IT partners

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; postgraduate education preferred

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology and innovation
• Strong working knowledge of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Strong understanding of financial tools, data analytics, and data science
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI, or similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on finance technology and innovation
• Experience working with cloud-based financial planning and analysis tools
• Strong understanding of data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Experience with agile project management methodologies
