The Role
As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing team that is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all arenaflex social media platforms. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, while also identifying opportunities to improve our social media presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide support across all arenaflex social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and implement social media support strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
The Experience We Expect
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a social media or digital environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
