Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our clients' Shopify stores and social media accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our training team to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve customer issues - Offer sales links and discounts to customers as per our clients' requirements - Work closely with our training team to ensure you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date with our clients' products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely - Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop) - 10+ hours availability per week - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Knowledge of Shopify and social media platforms - Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketing principles - Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
