Job Summary

As an Associate Client Manager, Customer Success at arenaflex, you will be responsible for all client activity and the overall success of our customers. This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through the data and analytics that drive the overall customer experience and elevate arenaflex's performance. You will work closely with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity.

Responsibilities

- Partner with customers: Collaborate with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity. - Leverage NielsenIQ solutions: Understand and leverage arenaflex solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. - Drive strategic thought leadership: Drive strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging arenaflex tools and assets. - Identify opportunities for increased partnership: Identify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partners. - Facilitate clear day-to-day communications: Facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of arenaflex solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation. - Ensure on-time delivery of solutions: Ensure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time. - Identify potential revenue opportunities: Identify potential revenue opportunities with customers and handoff to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goals. - Work collaboratively with internal partners: Work collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome. - Lead client presentations: Lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. - Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes: Ensure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value arenaflex is delivering to them. - Partner with Client Delivery teams: Partner with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting. - Understand client structure and organization: Understand client structure and organization. - Determine ROI of NielsenIQ recommendations: Determine ROI of arenaflex recommendations and solutions. - Develop a consultative approach: Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing.

Qualifications

- College/University Undergraduate or master's degree: You must have a college/university undergraduate or master's degree. - Prior experience with arenaflex solutions: You must have prior experience with arenaflex solutions. - Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment: You must be able to collaborate with teams and work in a matrixed environment. - Time management & prioritization: You must have strong time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. - Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution: You must have experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office: You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office. - Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau): Proficiency in BI Tools such as PowerBI and Tableau is a plus. - Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data highly preferred: Demonstrated strength in data analysis and working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data is highly preferred. - 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferred: 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience is preferred.

Work Environment and Company Culture

As an Associate Client Manager, Customer Success at arenaflex, you will be based in the NW Arkansas area (Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, Springdale) with the ability to work on-site in a client office 2-3 days a week.
