Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst on our IT team, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, engineers, and other technical teams
• Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth
• Creating and presenting data visualizations and reports that communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of opportunity and develop actionable solutions that drive real results
• Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time insights and visibility into business performance
• Identifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in online business stage development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and compelling way
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize database performance
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases

• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
