Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Lead Manager to join our team, responsible for leading our cybersecurity and threat intelligence efforts. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our threat intelligence solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their requirements. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of arenaflex's threat intelligence solutions, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements

• Collaborate with our team of cybersecurity experts to design and implement cutting-edge threat intelligence solutions that stay ahead of emerging threats
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their success
• Conduct threat intelligence briefings and presentations to clients, stakeholders, and other interested parties
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of cybersecurity and threat intelligence, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization
• Mentor and train junior team members, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow and develop in their careers

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in threat intelligence, with a strong understanding of CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Identify, Secure, Respond, or Recover

• Experience in managing teams, leading projects, and communicating with various stakeholders, including executives and clients
• US Government Top Secret/Delicate Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, discovery, and response capabilities

• Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
• Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, with experience in threat intelligence tools and technologies
• Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $153,000-$234,000, plus bonus and benefits
