Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for:
- Promoting and Selling Air Travel: You'll be the face of arenaflex, promoting our services and products to customers and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Preparing Itineraries and Resolving Customer Issues: You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking assistance with their travel plans, including preparing itineraries, computing fares, and resolving customer complaints.
- Communicating with Customers: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, communicating with customers over the phone, via email, or in person to provide exceptional customer service and resolve their queries.
- Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: You'll be responsible for staying informed about new rules, policies, and procedures that affect our customers and communicating this information to them in a clear and concise manner.
What You'll Need for Success:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: A degree in a field such as business, communications, or hospitality would be an asset.
- Excellent Leadership, Organizational, and Customer Contact Skills: You'll need to be able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team, while also providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Native SABRE: Familiarity with SABRE, a leading travel technology platform, would be an advantage.
- Ability to Be Resourceful and Creative: You'll need to be able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
- High Level of Initiative, Good Judgment, and Dependability: You'll need to be able to work independently and make decisions that align with arenaflex's values and goals.
