Your Role: Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the compassionate human connection that makes our service exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Research and Resolution: Research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries.

- Job Stability: Minimum of 1 year at a single job, preferably in customer service.
- Reliable Attendance: Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
- Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
- Internet Connection: Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download.
