Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Workflow Systems Analyst to join our Platform Services & Operations group in Core OS. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing important workflow tooling at scale. Your expertise in data analysis, workflow optimization, and collaboration will help us deliver exceptional software experiences that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement workflow tooling at scale to support high-quality software engineering experiences
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive process improvements
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and develop solutions to implement these changes
- Develop and maintain documentation to support workflow processes and tooling
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
- Solid understanding of analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced Tableau developer skills
- Capable SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
- Experience working with large datasets and developing insights from complex data sets
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with software development analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software development
- Experience in software development, including information construct pipelines, merging, checking structures and methods, and code transport
- Product ownership experience, including responsibility for key outcomes and driving efforts to achieve concrete results through analytics
- Project management experience, including planning and leading efforts across multiple teams to achieve a unified goal

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of data analysis and workflow optimization principles
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau
- Strong SQL skills, including aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation
- Experience working with large datasets and developing insights from complex data sets
