Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements

- Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily
- Able to attend 4 weeks of training (Tuesday – Saturday, 10AM – 6:30PM CST)
- Flexible scheduling after completion of training
- Must be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred)
- Positive and professional demeanor
