Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant / Typing Professional to join our Accounting/ Finance team. As a Data Entry Assistant / Typing Professional, you will be responsible for coding and entering data into our computer system or database, verifying the accuracy of the data entered, generating routine computer reports and printouts, and performing related clerical duties. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant / Typing Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Coding and entering data into our computer system or database via a monitor or keyboard
  • Correcting and updating database(s) to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Verifying the accuracy of data entered to prevent errors and discrepancies
  • Generating routine computer reports and printouts as required
  • Performing related clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
  • Performing other related duties as assigned or requested by management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of experience in data entry or a related field
  • General office skills, including keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Data entry experience, preferably in a similar industry or field
  • Proficiency in data entry software, such as Excel or Access
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
