Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer and technical support for arenaflex display products, including TVs and monitors, to customers in the US and Canada.
- Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and components (both PC and Mac).
- Ability to manage time and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Some experience in customer/tech support or sales/repair service is preferred.
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:
- A+ Certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
