Position Overview We're looking for a skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others, with opportunities for growth into technical support. Responsibilities As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers * Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, providing timely and effective support to our customers * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support experiences * Staying up-to-date with our clients' products and services, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of their offerings and can provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible support to our customers Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries * Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have) * A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude, a proactive and can-do approach to work, and a genuine passion for helping people solve their problems and caring about customer experience Attitude We're looking for someone who is: * A strong team player with a supportive and friendly attitude * Proactive and can-do in their approach to work * Genuine in their desire to help people solve their problems and care about customer experience * Passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement Additional Information This is a fully remote position with a standard 40-hour fixed-schedule work week.
