Responsibilities:

* Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Transmit information or documents using a computer, utilizing your knowledge of standard office software and systems.
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats, such as documents, emails, and computer screens, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records and answer inquiries, utilizing your knowledge of database management systems.
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy, using your attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as telephones, fax machines, and photocopiers, to support the team's needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, utilizing your knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, including colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Identify and recommend new ways to increase organizational efficiency and productivity, utilizing your knowledge of business processes and systems.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

* Ability to enter and retrieve information accurately using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in operating standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to identify and correct errors.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, with regular breaks to maintain productivity and comfort.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Nice-to-haves:

* Experience in a similar administrative role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, including hardware and software components.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, including data entry and retrieval.
  • Experience with standard office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
