Experienced Customer Insights Specialist – Consumer Intelligence and Advanced Analytics

As a key member of our sales and business development team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our portfolio, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Insights Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Independently selling Consumer Insights services, as well as Analytics and Innovation solutions, to new and existing clients.
• Successfully assessing client needs and proactively offering tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
• Partnering with local Account Development teams to understand client priorities and develop joint business plans.
• Scoping projects responsibly to meet sales targets, ensuring feasibility through collaboration with Solution experts, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Engaging with clients to secure satisfaction through on-site and off-site consultancy work, addressing concerns, and providing expert advice.
• Building arenaflex's portfolio awareness through presentations at conferences, client events, and internal meetings.
• Executing business plans, identifying new opportunities, and making suggestions for improvement.
• Participating in sales planning and budgeting, managing pipeline, and providing weekly forecasting input.
• Continuously developing professional skills and knowledge related to arenaflex tools and services.
• Utilizing arenaflex processes and tools to provide proactive, integrated analysis for customers, making recommendations, and proposals.
• Collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and success.
• Ensuring compliance with financial discipline rules, reporting needs, and adherence to internal processes, including CRM system tracking and sales operational processes.

Role Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
• Analytical, statistical, and logical skills, with exceptional ability for market and category analysis.
• Excellent presentation skills and intellectual curiosity to find answers to questions.
• Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Fluency in Romanian and English, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
• Competent negotiation and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in Consumer Insights (sales or consulting).

• Broad industry knowledge, particularly in FMCG, Banking, and Telekom.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
