Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: -
Responding promptly and professionally
to customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to meet customer expectations. -
Resolving customer complaints, technical issues, and service-related concerns
efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner. -
Providing detailed and accurate information

Maintaining and updating customer records

Collaborating with internal teams

Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications
