Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative – Buffalo, NY

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex policyholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery - Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills - Proficiency in computer software and multi-tasking - Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the insurance industry or a related field - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience working with CRM software and other technology tools
