Experienced Customer Success Manager – Mid-Market General Contractors – Cloud-Based Construction Management Software

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a vital role in building, retaining, and growing our mid-market client base, working closely with our Install-Based Sales team and Account Executive teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Carpinteria, CA. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing account strategies for mid-market general contractors, leveraging arenaflex's technology solution to drive business success and deliver custom ROI analysis. If you're a results-driven, customer-centric professional with a passion for revenue and growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Gain a deep understanding of best practices relevant to retaining and growing accounts within a personal portfolio, while mitigating risk

  • Develop and execute on account strategies for mid-market general contractors, working closely with Sales to deliver positive outcomes for clients
  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships among champions and key executives within each account
  • Conduct virtual or on-site business reviews to ensure clients understand the value arenaflex delivers to their business, aligning with their goals and objectives
  • Identify and forecast risk, as well as growth opportunities within the portfolio
  • Stay current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products
  • Travel up to 15-20% to arenaflex offices, client sites, and other locations to collaborate with teams and drive business growth

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of account management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment

  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Innovative, persuasive, creative, and genuinely curious about clients' businesses
  • Goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment
  • Previous sales experience a plus, but not required
