Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative on our arenaflex Insurance Team, you will be responsible for generating exceptional client experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and coordinating with other team members to anticipate the needs of our community members. Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information in a timely and professional manner

• Assist clients with policy changes and updates, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent customer service
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients to ensure timely resolutions and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with other team members to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

• Detail-oriented and able to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

* Competitive salary range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
