What You'll Do
As an Insurance Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Soliciting new business and maintaining current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals
- Expanding business by building relationships with existing customers to meet agreed-upon production goals
- Accurately accounting for all currency transactions and delivering deposits to the bank in a timely manner, with scanned documentation in our agency management system
- Building and leveraging client relationships, educating and advising customers on which products best fit their needs

The Perfect Match
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with:
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Sales or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
