Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Solutions at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our Central Nursing Team, working on non-clinical projects and functions. As a first line of contact, you'll independently assist internal and external clients by clarifying and researching desired information and resolving non-clinical problems. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling of home infusion visits

  • Engage in proactive communication with field staff, nurse management, and patients to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues
  • Investigate and research issues, providing timely and effective resolution
  • Take initiative for problem-solving, leveraging critical thinking and multitasking skills to drive results
  • Enter accurate and timely data in appropriate systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity

Requirements

* High School education or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • Excellent written and oral professional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
