Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Solutions at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our Central Nursing Team, working on non-clinical projects and functions. As a first line of contact, you'll independently assist internal and external clients by clarifying and researching desired information and resolving non-clinical problems. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling of home infusion visits

• Engage in proactive communication with field staff, nurse management, and patients to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues

Requirements
