Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits to ensure our clients have a clear understanding of their coverage
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources to ensure seamless access to our services
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to share best practices and knowledge
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security to protect our clients' sensitive information
