Experienced Traveling Customer Service Representative – Community Bank Branch Support

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Pleasantville location. As a Traveling Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work at different arenaflex branches to help cover staff shortages, while being compensated for your extra time and mileage when traveling to a branch outside of Pleasantville.

Key Responsibilities:

- Opening, closing, and maintaining checking accounts, savings accounts, certificate of deposits, IRA's, safe deposit boxes, ATM/Debit Cards, online banking, and teller duties - Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, answering their questions, and solving their problems - Working effectively in a team environment to achieve branch goals and objectives - Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures - Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge - Adhering to arenaflex's core values and promoting a positive work environment

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of customer service or banking experience - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people - Ability to work a regular schedule, including some Saturdays, with flexibility to adapt to changing branch needs

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a community bank or financial institution - Knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investments - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills

Schedule:

- Regular working shift: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday - Some Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Flexibility to adapt to changing branch needs and work schedules

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly rate: $19.10 - $21.22 per hour, based on previous banking experience - Overtime pay for extra hours worked - Mileage reimbursement for travel to branches outside of Pleasantville
