Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Handling all incoming claim calls from customers and following up to ensure resolution
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing new financial services opportunities and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Documenting each customer contact in our eAgent system and tracking customer interactions
  • Asking each customer for referrals and explaining our referral program
  • Treating each customer contact as a cross-selling and upselling opportunity, including financial products
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, with a focus on building strong relationships with our clients
  • Participating in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive business growth and innovation
