Job Summary

As a Food Administration Group Pioneer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and fostering a culture of excellence within arenaflex's Food and Drink group. You will be responsible for leading a team of hourly colleagues, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for planning and executing daily/weekly responsibilities to meet business needs and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute daily/weekly responsibilities to meet business needs and achieve sales objectives, including:

+ Analyzing sales data and customer shopping patterns to inform business decisions. + Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans. + Identifying and addressing operational issues, such as stock accuracy and sanitation. + Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns.

  • Drive a culture of excellence within the Food and Drink group, promoting a customer-first mindset and a commitment to operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading hourly colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on operational efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a retail or food service environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
