Eligibility Requirements

  • High School Diploma is mandatory; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point
  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary
