Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading a team of hourly workforce, ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Foster a positive and productive work environment, empowering your team to achieve their best.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Meet the physical demands of the role, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Be prepared to work long hours, standing and walking in a variety of environments.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: Adapt to changing noise levels and work in a dynamic environment.
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: Be prepared to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs): Meet the physical demands of the role, working in sites with stairs.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
