Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer expectations are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging your team to strive for excellence in safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: Collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and to the right location.
• Collaborate with all support teams: Work closely with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to drive business success and improve operational efficiency.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: Meet the physical demands of the role, which may involve working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: Be prepared to work long hours on your feet, with regular breaks to maintain your physical and mental well-being.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: Adapt to a dynamic work environment with varying noise levels, ensuring your safety and well-being.
• Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather: Be prepared to work in a variety of conditions, including outside loading departments with exposure to the elements.
