Job Description

As an entry-level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our card members through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, transactions, and account-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
