Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
- Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
- Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
- Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
- Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications
