Key Responsibilities

As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
  • Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
  • Adopting an empathetic approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or escalating to pharmacy specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is required
  • Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting with responding to client requests regarding their insurance and copays, as needed
  • Furnishing our clients with specialized support while exploring pharmacy.amazon.com
  • Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them

Essential Qualifications
