Join Our Team as a Remote Online Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex Underwriting Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to provide world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries. This is not a call center job! You'll be working with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping our customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance
* Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
* Ability to manage individual stress/composure
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* 2 years' experience in customer service
* Designated Space and Internet Capability to Work from Home
* Experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
