Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Central Reservations team, you'll be responsible for assisting guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations. You'll also handle general customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver a world-class experience. This is a seasonal position, lasting until Mid-September 2025, with the potential to convert to a year-round employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations

  • Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
  • Build rapport with guests and generate excitement for visiting our breathtaking properties
  • Utilize strong sales skills to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
  • Resolve customer complaints and negotiate solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver a world-class experience
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's destinations, properties, and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
  • Excellent problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering quality service and making a difference in the guest experience
  • Professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-performance driven culture
  • Dependable and reliable with exceptional attendance habits
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and internet browser proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous hospitality experience providing sales or customer service in a call center environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's destinations, properties, and services
