Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their questions and concerns about TurboTax products and tax return software
- Helping customers navigate our software, including downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing
- Assisting customers with basic tax questions and providing clear, empathetic solutions
- Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues
- Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and driving innovation to provide top-notch service
- Participating in ongoing training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on TurboTax products and tax return software
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- No prior accounting experience required; we're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help customers
