Job Summary

As an Active Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our team's success by accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data from source documents. Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with MS Office and data programs, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, such as email handling and calendar management.
