Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist customers at the gate, providing information and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

• Manage the check-in process, including processing tickets, handling baggage, and making gate announcements
• Ensure that customers have the necessary documentation and information to complete their travel plans
• Operate loading bridges, open and close aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers through the airport
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Need to Succeed:
