Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing Exceptional Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their concerns.
  • Order Tracking and Returns: Assist customers with tracking their orders, processing returns and refunds, and answering warranty-related questions.
  • Product Information and Navigation: Provide detailed product information, help customers navigate our website, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Digital Chat Experience: Proven experience handling multiple chats simultaneously or pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 55 WPM.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with the ability to hardwire your connection.
  • Professional References: Provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references to demonstrate your leadership skills and experience.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: A background in customer-facing roles, with a focus on digital communication and problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of Footwear Industry: Familiarity with the footwear industry, including trends, brands, and product lines.
  • Certifications or Training: Relevant certifications or training in customer service, conflict resolution, or communication.
