Responsibilities and Duties

As a Chat Brand Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand!
• Using primarily arenaflex golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
• Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
• Familiarity with the arenaflex website and any related media/searches, as well as competitor products
• Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing exceptional service to each customer

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
• 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance to customers
• In-depth knowledge of current and past arenaflex products, as well as similar products from other brands
• Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all arenaflex products, from enthusiast to pro level
• Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools

Compensation and Perks
