Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analytics Director to lead our business intelligence efforts and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing data analytics strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business growth and inform decision making
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and grow junior team members
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MS) in a related field
- Experience with advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++)
- Experience with data management systems (e.g., Master Data Management, Vendavo, Vistaar)
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, QlikView)
- Certified Salesforce administrator or engineer
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing junior team members
- Experience planning and executing financial models to drive business growth
- Experience communicating with senior leadership and client associations
- Experience with project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and data governance frameworks
