Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, impacting members' service experience through the manner in which customer service inquiries and problems are handled. You'll engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources. Your role will involve answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance to members, providers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence - Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources - Answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls/letters from members, providers, and other departments - Triage resulting rework to appropriate staff - Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors - Guide members through their plan of benefits, arenaflex policy, and procedures - Provide related information to answer unasked questions, e.g., additional plan details, benefit plan details, member self-service tools, etc. - Explain members' rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract

Essential Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED equivalent - Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate - Experience in a production environment - Ability to reside within a 50-mile radius of New Albany, OH, in the event of an outage, you may be asked to work onsite
