Job Overview

As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You'll be responsible for providing fast, efficient, and professional support while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer support experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets - Work effectively in a remote environment, adhering to arenaflex's virtual work policies and procedures

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (minimum 1 year) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer support software (training provided for arenaflex's proprietary systems) - High school diploma or equivalent required - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field) preferred - Experience working in a remote environment or as a work-from-home professional an asset

Preferred Qualifications
