Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Staying up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software applications and technology platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
