Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer information management

Experience and Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred, but not essential
