Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service and support to our customers. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience, and you'll be responsible for answering questions, providing recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Answer questions and provide recommendations on products and services
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Load customer merchandise and assist with other tasks as needed
  • Participate in sales and promotions, and contribute to achieving sales goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services

Requirements

* Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Possess 6 months experience operating common retail technology, smartphones, tablets, or computers
  • Be able to lift up to 25lbs unassisted, or over 25lbs with assistance
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Be able to maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Previous retail or customer service experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a fast-paced environment
