Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role
